As you all ‘football fans‘ around town (i use that comma ‘coz there’s a fine line between fan or filling-the-corumn type of fan), this is the match that we all be waiting for. Yes indeed, it’s the FA Coup 5th round between the ‘Red Devils’ of Manchester United vs the ‘faked reds’ of Liverpool. For me, I’m anticipating this match just excited as other sets of fans out there, but to be frank, it’s not ‘the match of the season’ kind of thing. How many ‘match of the season’ can you have in a season?? If there are too many match of the season in a single season, then why it’s called THE match of the season? The answer lies with the sore loser of the Liverpool fans out there. After the much talked about ‘match of the season’ last month (which we won thanks to the help of one Steve Finnan), it’s kind of payback time for them. Everytime they can’t beat us, the next ecounter has to be the match of the season. That sounds pretty desperate for me. Anyway, I’m not going to talk about another match of the season here, but just a normal cup-tie which we will win by a firm 2 goal (the scorer? we will send our best attacker of the team, the defenders of course)

   For all Liverpool fans out there, bare in mind that they are still looking for their first win againts Man United at Anfield in 3 1/2 years. Yes, at ANFIELD and 3 1/2 years. So on what basis you are going to say that Liverpudlian will win this 1? What I see is just another CLOSE accounter which will be won by the Mancunian. Pretty over-confident? Maybe. The fact that they can’t even beat us at the league table with some of our players concedes goals like it’s stuffs from the training ground on a Saturday afternoon.

   So enough said. Like other Liverpool fans out there who are desperately looking for something to cheer about, ‘Just wait and see’, ‘Just wait and see’, Just wait and see’. Yes indeed, You’ve been waiting and seeing your team got beaten everytime at your sacred ground in the past 3 1/2 half years!! The future is bright, the Red Devils of Manchester will once again come out victorious in tightly contested game and some poor performance from your used-to-be-goal-machine….
