New Year Resolution

Filed under: Current Affairs — diwant @ 6:41 am and

2005 is going home, 2006 is the year to watch for. After a ‘moderate’ year in 2005, some stressful moments, shocking discoveries and re-inventing myself in some part of my life, this year didn’t quite go like what i planned. No need to write in detail here, just to say that some agendas come to a halt. I missed a few business oppoturnities along the way, and missing some important dateline. Should i call it ‘moderate’, or disastrous? Not quite disastrous, as some events really made my day.

One BIG event did occured this year, quite a major one, based on the value of money and friendship. There are 2 things that make the world go around: money and women. But i think the former one really played it’s part in this time of the year.

At least i have something to cheer about like the F1 youngest world champion, Fernando Alonso. That chap really make my interest in the sports come back. Watching Disagree live at HRC in August was one of the highlight of the year, as well as the ROCK THE WORLD 6 atStadium Merdeka just recently. Well, to tell all the highlights here, i have to open up my diary and go thru page by page to remember everything. Hmmm, moving to a new neighbouhood earlier this year was a great move, considering my adaptibility and with just a few thousand ringgit of transfer fees. Banitez might want to seek some advise from me about transfers (Crouch and Cisse thats right).

In the music scene, not much great songs were produced this year in my opinion, only the exception goes to Coldplay (Speed of Sound, Talk), Pop Shuvit (Journey), Greenday (American Idiot, Boulevard), Sevencollar t-shirt. Im going more into the local music scene than ever now, because i think the quality is on the rise, as well as the interest to invest. I know a bunch of people are slowly coming thru the ranks, hoping to make the grade in the local scene.

The year is not complete without some quotes from the famouse people. But this time, it’s my quote that i think will  be THE quote of the year: money is important, but not the most important®. The rest, they say, is history….

2005 is going home!!
